What this is

Start here when something in the app is not behaving the way you expect. Each page below is a quick path from a symptom to a likely cause and a next step. If nothing here matches, contact the team.

Data and reports

• My report has no data or the data looks stale
• A metric shows "Coming soon" or "Needs COGS"
• A client's data stopped updating
• One platform is missing but the others are fine
• Segment or breakdown data is missing
• My numbers don't match the ad platform
• Orders show as "no ad account" or are missing from rows
• A switch or budget edit is missing

Access and sign-in

• I can't sign in
• I see the wrong client, or none at all
• The page says I don't have access to this screen
