A metric shows "Coming soon" or "Needs COGS"

What you're seeing​

GP per Thousand shows "Coming soon" or "Needs COGS" instead of a value, or Gross Profit ROAS has no value.

Check these in order​

  1. GP per Thousand is not implemented yet. Its placeholder is intentional; entering a margin does not enable it.
  2. Gross Profit ROAS is a real metric when the client has a gross-profit margin. An administrator can review gp_margin on the client's Overview tab in Client detail.
  3. Confirm you are looking at the right client. Gross-profit margin is configured per client; missing data for one client does not imply it is missing everywhere.

If none of that helps​

If Gross Profit ROAS remains unavailable after the client margin is configured, contact the team. GP per Thousand remains unavailable until that metric is implemented.
