A client's data stopped updating

What you're seeing

A client's numbers stopped changing day over day, but you cannot find any failed sync or error message anywhere in the app.

Check these in order

  1. Open Sync health and check the client's badge. A sync can stop silently with no failed run recorded anywhere — that is exactly the case this page is built to catch.
  2. Check the last-synced time on the client's row. If it is well past the expected cadence with no error shown, the sync has likely stopped firing rather than failed.
  3. Rule out the normal conveyor delay. On a large account fleet, individual accounts sync one at a time on a schedule — a single account can wait its turn without anything being wrong. If sync health shows the account healthy, this is not a stopped sync.

If none of that helps

This is an engineering diagnosis from here. Contact the team and cite the sync-failures runbook — mention that sync health shows no failed run, since that narrows the cause significantly.
