Orders show as "no ad account" or are missing from rows
What you're seeing
The report header or table shows a separate "(no ad account)" line, or CRM order counts are higher than the sum of the campaign rows.
What it means
Attribution could not tie some CRM orders to an ad account. By default these orders are kept out of every row and total and shown as their own labelled line, so ad-account numbers are not inflated by orders that cannot be traced.
What you can do
- Open the orders behind a row to see the orders and the tracking each one carried. The orders panel can also export the list.
- Check the ad account is connected. An ad account that is not bound to the client in Client ad accounts cannot receive orders. Sync Health also flags unbound ad accounts that have attributed orders.
- Ask a Super Admin if the client should count these orders. A Super Admin can turn on Count orders with no ad account on the client's Overview tab, and the orders then count as a "(no ad account)" row per platform.
If none of that helps
Contact the team with the client, date range, and a few example order numbers.
