The Review Queue keeps flagging the same creative

What you're seeing

A creative you already reviewed keeps reappearing in the Review Queue.

Check these in order

1. Check which automated check is failing. Checks include caption, qc_score, field_presence, compliance_v1, and lander_congruency. Each check is independent — a creative can pass four checks and still fail on one, which returns it to the queue.
2. Confirm the failing check is correct. Open the creative's detail to see exactly which check flagged it and why.

If none of that helps

If a check looks like it is flagging incorrectly, that is a check-tuning issue for engineering. Note the ad ID and the specific check name, then contact the team.
