This master combines the landing-page preview, media-aware video-analysis, and legacy transcription/frame designs. It governs what Creative Lab may claim it analyzed and how missing capabilities appear.

Evidence contract

  • Analysis identifies which inputs were actually available: text, image, video frames, transcript, or landing-page content.
  • The system never describes unseen video/page content as observed fact.
  • Missing, blocked, unsupported, and failed extraction are explicit states.
  • Tenant scope and SSRF/media-host protections apply before retrieval.
  • Generated analysis retains enough provenance to explain its inputs.

Pipeline

Creative/entity metadata
→ authorized media or page locator
→ validated fetch / transcript / frame selection
→ normalized evidence bundle
→ analysis prompt
→ response with capability disclosure

Transcripts/frames support analysis but do not prove the whole video was observed. A landing-page URL is metadata until a verified content path exists.

Decisions and acceptance

  • Prefer a smaller honest feature over an unverifiable renderer/analyzer.
  • Reuse existing media/transcript/frame services before adding parallel pipelines.
  • Keep source metadata and editable fields separate from generated analysis.
  • Do not transmit private media to a new provider without authority/review.
  • Validate text-only, image, transcript, frames, page URL, and failed-fetch cases.
  • The UI states what was analyzed; unsupported inputs never fabricate observations.
  • Browser validation covers the actual Creative Lab disclosure.
